As we produce our products only on demand, we are devoted to ecologically sustainable and avoiding overproduction. Please examine the product information and sizing chart before placing your order, as we give accurate product descriptions and images.

Exchanges, Returns, and Refunds

Everything we sell is printed to order; due to its nature of it, we do not maintain an inventory of finished goods. Consequently, we do not accept refunds, exchanges, or returns for change of mind or ordering the incorrect size (we have provided a size chart for your reference). Please study the product information and sizing chart before completing your order, as we take great care to provide accurate product descriptions and images.

However, if you receive damaged goods or a product with quality difficulties, please get in touch with us within fourteen days of receiving your order and give detailed images of the issue for reference. We will gladly provide a replacement or refund for the defective items. Please do not return your purchase straight to the manufacturer. The address provided by our customer care department must be used for any returns.

Most of our suppliers are based in the United States, while others are located in Canada, Europe, and Asia. This enables us to provide our customers with a diverse selection of high-quality products manufactured to our rigorous specifications. We are picky with our suppliers because we want to ensure that the products you purchase from us are durable and of the best quality.

Shipping

Regarding shipping, we make every effort to deliver your products as quickly as possible. Most items are transported within the United States, and typical delivery periods range from three to seven business days. Please allow three to four weeks to deliver foreign purchases owing to the possibility of international shipping and customs clearance. We’ll provide you with regular updates on the status of your order, and you can always contact us with questions or concerns.

We want you to be delighted with your purchase, so we’ve made it simple to estimate delivery time and cost on the checkout page.
