We are committed to being environmentally friendly and avoiding overproduction by producing only what is ordered. Everything we sell is made-to-order for you, which helps us prevent overproduction and minimize waste. Due to the nature of our business model, we do not hold finished goods in stock. Therefore, we do not accept refunds or returns for change of mind or for ordering the wrong size (we have provided size charts for your reference).
We provide accurate product information and photographs, so please review the product information and size chart before placing your order. However, in the rare case that you receive a damaged product or a product with quality issues, don’t hesitate to contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and provide clear photographs of the case as a reference. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer directly, as we need to work with our partners to investigate the matter.
Refunds & Returns
We want to ensure you’re happy with your purchase because we know things don’t always go as planned. Since all our products are produced specifically for you, we don’t keep any inventory. As a result, we do not accept refunds or returns due to a change of mind or sizing errors.
Please examine the product details and sizing chart before placing your order, as we give accurate product information and images. Within 14 days of receiving your order, if you obtain a damaged item or one with quality problems, you are welcome to contact us and give us clear pictures of the problem.
